Y5 & Y6 will be visiting the Sea Life Centre in Birmingham as a part of the science and topic learning. As well as an array of sea creatures, the centre is also home to a selection of wildlife that can be found in rivers. The students will have the opportunity to explore the habitats that have been carefully recreated by the conservation team. These areas of the trip link directly to core aspects of the National Curriculum and will encourage them to become more curious and inquisitive about the world around them!
